Yes, this is a philadendron. A fabulous green concrete creation.
Constance Mele makes a cast from each leaf using high-strength concrete. After slow curing, she protects each piece with an anti-fungal, anti-moss sealing agent. Each leaf is hand-painted and has a durable polyurethane final coat.

This saw palmetto is my favorite-such a rich turquoise with a cute little shell. I use this to display jewelry (quite beautifully, I might add).
Now tell me this isn't the cutest brussel sprout bowl you have ever seen. Most of her pieces have shells added as embellishments.

What a beautiful birdbath this giant elephant ear would make. Constance has several different colors available.

Happiness is....

Happiness is being in my brand new shop. It's bright and cheery; everything feels fresh and new, and with spring around the corner, Joolz is ready to bloom where we are now planted.

An old bicycle loaded down with goodies is part of my new logo. Now picture this. I ride around on my cool bicycle gathering treasures from near and far filling up the shop with the funkiest, boho-inspired stuff to be had.

After you stop laughing, remember this little vision is to inspire the new vision of Joolz.

Joolz, Trinkets & Baubles has moved! We are now across the street inside The Limelight, at 118 S. Broad Street. The girls at The Limelight have been kind enough to give Joolz our own entrance - to further allow our own identity. Many, many thanks to Carmen, Jackie and Brooke.
We're a little boho and lots of fun.

New artists and new digs....but our focus has remained the same. Handcrafted, eco-friendly, and fair trade treasures.

The fun,witty, and a little naughty, Erin Smith is from Atlanta.

Mary Lou Athorn hails from Appalachicola. Her creations of paper mache' are whimsical, colorful and absolutely adorable.

Our trunk show was such a success! Thanks to all who came to the show and took special treasures home. Thanks to Lori and Susan for allowing us to do the touchy feely with such amazing pieces of art.

January is all but over...February is around the corner. And, you know what that means: Pink, red, candy, hearts, being sweet, thinking of others.

Well, I have stolen this idea. But....through Friday, February 11 anyone who brings a HOMEMADE Valentine card into Joolz will receive an additional 10% off sale merchandise.
